Reliable car at a fair price I recently bought a 2014 red Ford Focus from Matthew and had a really good experience. The price was fair and the car was in great condition. Matthew was very friendly and helpful, and he didn’t pressure me at all. They answered my questions clearly and made the whole process easy. I’m very happy with the car and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car at a reasonable price.
10 out of 10???? They deserve nothing less than a glowing review! They are such a brilliant dealership, one of the best i've been to! I was looked after from start to finish, they never put any pressure onto the sale it was all relaxed. The staff are fab, everyone I spoke to is a credit to the team. In regards to the vehicle I purchased it is amazing, no problems at all, I will be returning in the future to purchase from here again 10 out of 10!

This is the second car I have got from these guys, I actually traded in my old car from them for this one! Really great people at the dealership, I dealt with both of them as they work in shifts and they are all equally as polite and helpful which is nice to see. If I want to get a new one after this I will definitely be returning. Top dealership.
It is deightlighed with the Peugeot I got, I use it pretty much every day and not ran into any issues. Very pleased, it is doing done everything it is meant to do. The only criticism that I have is that the car didn't have a spare wheel. If I was made aware beforehand that would have been better. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Matthew and his daughter and I will say they are a trusted dealership.
I did have to take the car back last week because a light came on the dash, but they sorted it out under warranty quickly. The customer service was really good, I dealt with Emily - I'll definitely go back there.
Emily and her team were very helpful, sold a car at a good price and gave a discounted price on the replacement of a camm belt.
On visiting Emily's little car company, I was greeted by Emily in the most professional manner, she let me browse at my leisure, when I needed assistance she gave me all the information about the vehicle, I did not feel pressured by her, or that I had to purchase, even though I did not buy from her, there was some good stock on the forecourt, I would recommend if your thinking of buying a second hand car go take a look....

I purchased a car from Emily's Little Car Company. Lovely little family owned dealership with some smartly presented cars. There was no pressure on the sale which went smoothly. Unfortunately a week or so later there was an issue with the car. I could have gone through the warranty company, but the dealership offered to repair this through their garage and take all the hassle out of the repair. I did decide to return the car in the end. There were no issues with this and it was all accepted by the dealership with a full refund sent immediately after collecting the car. So although the purchase didn't work, there were no fallouts and the aftercare and communication couldn't be faulted and the return of the car was pretty much stress free.
Great experience. Emily is extremely pleasant to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very good service and easy transaction. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
